We were asked to develop 3 deliveries worth of prints for Isaac Mizrahi. The inspiration leaned heavily towards vintage repeat marks, with a hint of modern design. They had a few other concepts they wanted to explore as well: With one of the deliveries they introduced an ethnic theme, for another they loved the loose, starry dandelion. We built all of these working off the mood boards & color stories they provided for us, and in many cases they had vintage fabric swatches as well. The print shown above is based off of an old tie they had in their archives!
Below are a few examples of some of the prints we designed. Not all of these are final colors, but they are some of the more fun versions that we made during the course of this project.
